Homes and floor plans
DiVosta offers three collections and about a dozen designs at TerraWalk:
- Villa collection: attached twin villas with 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 2-car garage, from about 1,579 sq ft.
- Distinctive collection: single-family homes with 2 to 5 bedrooms, a covered lanai and a 2-car garage, from about 1,670 to nearly 3,000 sq ft. As of October 2026, the Prestige plan (2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, about 2,080 sq ft) starts around $467,000.
- Echelon collection: the largest homes, one or two stories with 3 to 5 bedrooms, flex rooms and 3-car garages, up to more than 3,900 sq ft.

Amenities
TerraWalk is built around a resort amenity campus with a clubhouse, The Porch Bar and Grille, a fitness center with a spin room and movement studio, a golf simulator, a spa, a resort pool and cabana, pickleball and tennis courts, bocce, a fire pit, a dog park and lounges and activity rooms. The community is gated with security, and trails connect to Babcock Ranch's town-wide path network.
HOA and fees
Because TerraWalk is in Lee County, property taxes and school options differ from the Charlotte County side of Babcock.

HOA dues are billed quarterly. The master HOA covers Babcock Ranch's town-wide amenities, lifestyle events, security and 1-gig internet and Wi-Fi in every neighborhood. The ISD fee is Babcock Ranch's Independent Special District assessment, an annual fee added to the property tax bill. TerraWalk also has a $650 per year food and beverage minimum.
