Blue Line Realty SWFL is an independent real estate brokerage at 2572 First Street in downtown Fort Myers, Florida. Broker/owners Mike Hollow and Kim Stempel lead a team of local agents who help people buy, sell and rent homes across Lee and Charlotte counties. We have served Southwest Florida since 2021.

Why "Blue Line"

Our name honors the people who serve: police officers, firefighters, EMTs, nurses, dispatchers, and military members and veterans. It is personal for us: Mike Hollow is a retired law enforcement officer, and Kim Stempel's husband is a retired law enforcement officer too. We know the schedules, the sacrifices and the pride that come with the job.

We give these families extra care and a straight answer at every step, and we know the programs built for them, including VA loans and builder hero incentives such as Park Square Homes' Hometown Hero program at Townwalk in Babcock Ranch. We stand with you.

Meet the broker/owners

Mike Hollow, Broker/Owner. Mike is a retired law enforcement officer and has been a licensed Florida real estate professional for 14 years. He is verified by RealTrends, with $7.05 million in sales across 17 transactions in the latest reported period. Clients describe him as responsive, patient and a strong negotiator.

Kim Stempel, Broker/Owner. Kim works side by side with Mike on every listing and purchase. She has been a licensed Florida real estate professional for 14 years, and as the wife of a retired law enforcement officer, she knows first responder family life firsthand. Clients credit her attention to detail and her network of inspectors, lenders and contractors.
